Flodesk: How to Mindfully Navigate Anxiety & Fear During COVID-19

With the incessant drumbeat of COVID-19 media coverage, it’s hard *not* to get a little bit anxious or fearful. While a lot of the media coverage has the right idea (hi, definitely wash ur hands!!), many of us are still trying to navigate the residual virus-anxiety from (dis)comfort of our own homes. Thanks, social distancing!

This is a time where we are being called to practice emotional resiliency, compassion, and connection within our community. As we focus on navigating our own anxiety and fear, we’re able to better show up for those around us. So…let’s do it together!

  • Mitigate physical anxiety symptoms with breathing exercises & meditations
  • Mindfully manage emotional & cognitive anxiety
