After the success of last year’s first-ever digital, shoppable, magazine-style gift guide, WAWO is back to maximize our platforms, online presence, connections, and resources to support you in getting visible and generating even more brand awareness during the 2022 holiday shopping season.

That’s why we’re excited to announce that applications for our 2022 gift guide are officially open from now until Wednesday, June 15!

 

The Details

The 2022 WAWO Holiday Gift Guide goes live on November 1, 2022 and will be promoted through December 31, 2022. Applications are open to both product-based and service-based businesses.

Requirements to apply:

  • For product-based businesses: your products must be available for purchase via an eCommerce platform (your website, Etsy, Society6, etc). We are unable to accept brands that sell exclusively through Instagram.
  • Your business must be based in the US
  • At least one of your founders or owners is woman-identifying

Because of the limited space available, we prioritize brands that:

  • Are purpose-driven and socially + environmentally conscious
  • Feature high-quality products, visuals, and design
  • Committed to a top-notch customer experience

We’re on a mission to make our Holiday Gift Guide as rewarding as possible for our featured brands, which is why we take great care in making sure there isn’t too much of an overlap in any given category.

We’re thrilled to offer 4 gift guide tiers to choose from! Each tier comes with a variety of opportunities to increase your brand visibility:

Ready to apply?

We’d absolutely love to feature your business in the 2022 WAWO Holiday Gift Guide!

Here’s how our simple, 6-step application process works:

  1. Complete your application.
  2. If you’re accepted, respond with a “yes” to let us know you’re in. Then, sign your vendor agreement + waiver and submit payment to officially secure your spot.
  3. Complete and send in your Holiday Gift Guide & Directory intake forms within 48 hours (this is important because it’s what we use to plan your feature & create your Directory listing!).
  4. Ship the product(s) that will be featured in the Holiday Gift Guide to ensure they arrive before our scheduled photoshoot – we need to receive them before August 1st. Be sure to include a return label for products you’d like us to send back.
  5. Once the draft for your feature is ready, we’ll send you a preview for your approval. Please submit your changes within 24 hours.
  6. Get excited for launch day! Keep an eye on your inbox for details.
